Scholarships available:
CAROL MOOTE SCHOLARSHIP
The Carol Moote Scholarship is for graduating Lake City seniors; the scholarship can be used for: books, tuition, and/or housing expense.
GENERAL INFORMATON
- Applicants must be graduating from Lake City High School.
- The Carol Moote Scholarship is payable upon completion of the first
semester of post-secondary education, with proof (college or trade school transcript) of
passing grades.
- The annual scholarship amount is a minimum of $500, depending on the fluctuating economy.
BRANDT FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP
The Brandt Family Scholarship is for graduating Lake City seniors; the scholarship can be used for: books, tuition, and/or housing expense.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The scholarship amount is $500.00
- Applicants must be graduating from Lake City High School.
- This scholarship will be available after completion/proof of their first semester in College/University.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
BEN JEFFS SCHOLARSHIP
Ben Jeffs Scholarship is for a graduating Lake City seniors; the scholarship can be used for: books, tuition, and/or housing expense.

- Applicants must be graduating from Lake City High School.
- The Ben Jeffs Scholarship is payable upon completion of the first semester of post-secondary education, with proof (college or trade school transcript) of passing grades.

BRIAN GAYLORD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Brian Gaylord Memorial Scholarship is for a graduating Lake City seniors; the scholarship can be used for: books, tuition, and/or housing expense.

JOE ELLIOTT SCHOLARSHIP
Criteria: Graduate from Lake City Public Schools, must have a 2.0 GPA or greater, financial need, character, community service, and leadership will be taken into consideration.

- The Joe Elliott Scholarship is payable upon completion of the first semester of post-secondary education, with proof (college or trade school transcript) of passing grades.
- The annual scholarship amount is a minimum of $500, depending on the fluctuating economy.
- Minimum GPA of 2.00
Wexford Missaukee ISD Scholarships:
HELEN AND HARVEY PELL FUND FOR EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP is available to current residents of the Wexford-Missaukee
ISD area graduating from high school, have graduated from high school or
obtained a GED; or individuals who have graduated from a high school within the
designated area regardless of their current legal residences. Scholarship areas
of focus are; financial need, academic ability, and character. It shall be paid directly to the university,
college, and/or institution of higher education.
MCMULLEN TRACK & FILED MEMOIRAL SCHOLARSHIP is available to one male and one female graduate from
the Wexford Missaukee ISD School District High school track and field
performance results in the 1600 and/or 800 meter run. Grade point average, financial need,
character, community service, and leadership will be taken into
consideration. Paragraph capturing the
spirit of Paul McMullen's, that nothing was impossible.

FUND OF HOPE Fund of Hope Scholarship is
available to current residents of the Wexford-
M Missaukee ISD area graduating
from high school and Wexford Missaukee Career Technical
Center students within
the Wexford Missaukee Intermediate School District.
The Fund provides scholarships to
eligible students who are attending their first or second year of a certificate
program, a two-year or four-year college/university in the State of Michigan.
